  (Air Specialty in Virginia) We had an after hours emergency need, our unit was clogged and water was overflowing. I called the after hour/emergency number for Air Specialty and they responded in under an hour, and had a technician (Reyna) out within only two hours. She was A-MAZ-ING, very professional, communicated the issue, fixed it AND took preventative steps to help it from reoccurring again. Top notch professional, efficient and effective all the way!
